Philosophy, Practice & Training

A nervous-system-centered approach to structural realignment, somatic healing, and self-led recovery.

Philosophy

I practice chiropractic as a way of listening to the body’s deeper intelligence — not overriding symptoms, but partnering with the structure, nervous system, and emotional imprint to restore real alignment.

My work blends gentle hands-on care with precise attention to the fascia, viscera, fluid systems (lymph, blood, cerebrospinal), and body psychology. I meet the patterns where they live — tension, shutdown, efforting — and support the system in reorganizing from the inside out.

This isn’t about quick fixes or pushing through. It’s about becoming more available to life’s rhythm by releasing what no longer serves your structure.

This approach often resonates with those who are sensitive, physically active, somatically aware, or ready to stop compensating and start living in true coherence.

My Path

I didn’t come to this work through perfection — I came through pain, pattern, and the long road of trying to “fix” myself from the outside in.

A serious injury early in life left me living in chronic discomfort for decades. I tried every modality I could find — some helped temporarily, most didn’t. What I really needed was a way back into relationship with my own body — not as something broken to be fixed, but as something wise, responsive, and able to reorganize.

This is what drew me to chiropractic care — not for the cracks or quick resets, but for the deeper potential it holds when practiced with presence, precision, and respect for the nervous system. Along the way, I found that healing isn’t mechanical. It’s rhythmic, relational, and ultimately, deeply personal.

My practice integrates structural care with fascia and organ systems, nervous system regulation, body psychology, and energetics — because realignment isn’t just physical. It’s emotional. It’s somatic. And it’s sacred.

Below you’ll find a snapshot of my formal training and lineage.
